
2 INGREDIENTS PANCAKES
This is one of my favourite recipes, it is extra simple and quick.
It makes a great breakfast or a healthy snack for the kids.
INGREDIENTS FOR EACH PANCAKE:
🌱40g Wholewheat or any other type of flour (spelt, buckwheat, rye or even plain if you prefer)
🌱80g Milk (I use unsweetened soya, but it works with any milk)
FOR THE TOPPING:
🌱Hazelnut and Carob spread
🌱Raisins
METHOD:
Simply mix the flour with the milk. Warm up a frying pan with a tiny bit of EVO oil. Pour the mixture and cook for a couple or minutes, till firm. You do not need to flip the pancake over.
Add your chosen topping and enjoy!

3 INGREDIENTS OAT BISCUITS
It doesn't get any easier and healthier than this! A 3 ingredient simple and tasty recipe, ideal to get your little ones involved and to create a healthy, yummee snack or breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
🌱100g Organic Oat
🌱2 Organic Bananas
🌱20-30g Dark Chocolate
METHOD:
Simply mash the bananas, mix with the oats and the grated dark chocolate. Spoon the mixture on oven paper, and cook at 180° for 20 mins. Ta Dah!

OATS AND YOGHURT SOFT BISCUITS
I am so pleased with this recipe as it is my very first OWN recipe.
It is very simple and the biscuits are crunchy and soft at the same time!
INGREDIENTS:
🌱200g Organic Oats
🌱200g Almonds
🌱100g Dark Muscovado Sugar
🌱40g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🌱300g Natural Yoghurt (or soya yoghurt for the vegan version tbsp)
🌱2 tsp Baking Powder
METHOD:
🍪Grind almonds in a food processor in little tiny bits.
🍪Add the almonds to all the other ingredients and mix well
🍪Using a spoon, place the mixture onto the oven paper
🍪Place in the oven at 180C for 20 minutes
🍪Remove from the oven and enjoy cool!

OATS, HAZELNUT & CHOCOLATE VEGAN BISCUITS
This recipe is so easy and quick and these oats, hazelnut and chocolate biscuits are absolutely delicious and perfect for everyone.
INGREDIENTS:
🌱100g Flour ( I used spelt)
🌱150g Oats
🌱70g Dark Muscovado Sugar
🌱60g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🌱55g unsweetened Soya Milk
🌱30g hazelnuts (chopped)
🌱30g dark chocolate (chopped)
METHOD:
🍪Mix together flour, oats, sugar
🍪Add the EVO oil and milk and finally the hazelnuts and chocolate
🍪Create 12/15 biscuits and bake at 170' for 20 minutes.
🍪Enjoy!!
